Residential Services
We provide the following services to our CILA Agencies:
Behavior Intervention/Skill Acquisition Plans
We write behavior intervention plans for all individuals who are in need of behavior management and skill acquisition plans for those who need to improve upon a current skill.
ICAPs
We have been formally trained by Kathy Carmody, CEO of the Illinois Institute of Public Policy for People with Disabilities, on properly conducting ICAP assessments. We will provide a formal ICAP schedule and conduct all ICAP assessments for your residents.
Staff Training
In addition to the aforementioned CILA services we thoroughly educate staff on the implementation and procedures of behavior service plans to ensure proper and effective treatment of the consumer.
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training (CPI)
Owner, Kellye Winbush, is a certified CPI trainer and can provide formal training to your staff. Please call for details.
Behavior Management Committee/Human Rights Committee
Is your agency struggling with regulating formal committee meetings? We can help by creating schedules, keeping minutes, creating formal presentations for each meeting, and any other needs you have for your BMC and HRC committees.
